Hmm, over an hour and no call, and it appears that I’m dealing with Transglobal Service. Their site looks like crap in Firefox, they should fire their web designers. Funny, the recorded message on their IVR said that I could look up the status of my request there, but I don’t see that anywhere. *sigh*
I tried to get back to the same individual but she’s busy, so the person I spoke to is sending her an email.
This kind of sub-contracting often results in poor communication between the contractor, the company, and finally the customers. I really am amazed at how much people will put up with in the way of bad service. I suppose the major problem is that everyone does it, so how to you speak through your dollar? Suggestions welcome.
